The RAIN Artists’ Initiatives Network is a worldwide platform interconnecting artists’ initiatives that have been set up by alumni in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

The network, emanating from the Rijksakademie in the late 1990s, works on behalf of local and mutual exchanges.
