Fidel García uses art as a platform to access external agents of structures of power and control. They allow his work to generate a discourse, which puts their own resources in crisis. By intervening and hacking into the field of mass media and telecommunications, García’s work is not only symbolic, but has real consequences. It’s often an act of infiltration. Through his work García analyses the 'truths' that govern realities, such as morality, logic, reason, ethics and aesthetics.
