'Grandfather's Story', 2009, two channel video, 13'11", sound
This is a two-channel video that includes footage of my grandfather telling the same story repeatedly for decades in one, and shows footage shot by visiting the grandfather’s seven children after he passed away in another. Nobody other than his family can understand the language of the grandfather. The story is relayed through the memory of the grandfather’s family, who hated hearing that story.
