Helena Hoogenraad (Maastricht, 1992) is an artist based in Amsterdam. Working primarily with oil paint and drawing, she focuses on themes such as mental health, our ideas about femininity, and the relationship between the physical and spiritual worlds.
Through her use of colour, texture, and symbolism, she explores the boundary between inner experience and external perception. Simultaneously, she examines interconnected ideas about personal identity and healing.
